Died peacefully on Saturday, July 31, 2004 at the age of 82. Loving husband of 61 years to Ruth (nee Molling). Beloved father of John (the late Martha), James (Alice) and Jill Menzel. Fond brother of Robert (the late Jackie) Menzel and brother-in-law of Geraldine Molling. Dear grandfather of Sally Ann (Paul) Metzloff, Jonathan (Diana) Menzel, Michael and Megan Menzel. Great-grandfather of Ann and Matthew Metzloff and Madison Menzel. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Private services were held. Gus was a retiree of American Motors and member of Unity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lake Lodge No. 189, F&AM and Tripoli Temple. Memorials to the charity of your choice are suggested.
