(nee Fischer). Found Peace surrounded by her loving family on September 28, 2021 at the age of 89. Loving wife of the late Mitch. Cherished mother of Gary (Mary) Johnson, Mike (Amy) Johnson, Steve (Karen) Johnson. Beloved grandmother of Shannon (Patrick), Alec and Jocelyn; Donny, Lindsey (Nick) and Maggie; Jeremiah (Kaye-Maree), Cody, Danielle (Jake) and Sean. Also survived by her dearest sister Arlene, nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her siblings Ted, Jerry and Sue Fischer. Some of Greta's favorite things were family gatherings, hugs, chocolate malts, cooking and baking for everyone, shopping, gambling and she was always impeccably dressed. She was a loving, generous and caring person to the people in her life. Greta was also known for her spunky, feisty nature and sense of humor. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The family would like to express special thanks to the care givers from Vitas Hospice and Library Square.
