Kohn, Gilbert C. Saturday, July 15, 2006 age 85 years. Beloved husband of the late Pearl Kohn. Dear father of Dennis (Louise), Jeffrey (Sally), James (Christine), Bruce and Timothy (Monica) Kohn. Dear grandfather of Michael (Lisa), Robert (Beret), Melissa (Dan) Slapczynski, David, Stephanie, Kimberly and Kristopher. Brother of Stella Rothen, Anita May and Josephine Bjorklund. Also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Visitation WED. 4-7 PM at the Funeral Home. VFW RITUAL at 7 PM followed by Religious services. Military honors and interment THUR. 11 AM at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Gilbert proudly served his country in WWII with the U.S. Marine Corps, member of Charles E. Fidler Post #9469, VFW, a retiree of A-C Electronics and a former member of the Board of Directors of Lakeside Credit Union.
