Gerard J. Igielski "Jerry" Was Born to Eternal Life peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, January 3, 2020 at the age of 91 years. Beloved husband for 68 years of Audrey (nee Lilla). Loving father of Janice (the late Michael) Collins, Roger (Carrie) Igielski, Brian (Kim) Igielski and Karen (Mark) Mace. Cherished grandpa of Saralyn and Sean Collins; Kristin (Derek) Brown and Ryan (Tasha) Igielski; Ryan (Danielle) Igielski, Michael (Trena) Igielski, Katelyn and Jennifer Igielski; Danielle (Cody) Hauch and Jonathan Andersen. Treasured great-grandpa of Paisley, Peyton, Paxton Brown and Hudson Igielski, Griffin and Evabelle Igielski, Liam and Vera Igielski; Brooks and Rhett Hauch and Caden Kallas. Dear brother of James Igielski. Preceded in death by many brothers and sisters. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Jerry proudly served his country in the U.S. Coast Guard during the Word War II era. He was a retiree of the Wisconsin Gas Company (WE Engergies) after 42 years of service. He was instrumental in the development of the Sunrise Care Center as a member of the founding board of directors. He was a member of the Lions Club in Milwaukee and Sturgeon Bay.
