Born to eternal life on Monday, April 24, 2006 age 91 years. Born April 5, 1915 in the Township of Lincoln, Wood County, WI to Frank J. & Lillian R. (Peterson) Michels. Gerald married Grace VanNatta on February 22, 1938 and his dear wife preceded him in death December 26, 1984. Gerald is survived by three children: his daughter, Janet Draheim of Arlington Heights, IL; his sons, Douglas Michels of Houston, TX and Alan (Mary Lou Krase) Michels of Madison, WI as well as his beloved grandson, Kevin Michels, also of Madison, his sister, Evelyn (Everett) Arndt of Marshfield, WI and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home WED. 4-7 PM and Religious Services at 7 PM. Private entombment Thur. at Forest Home Cemetery.
