Dear grandfather of Tim, Josh, Mellisa "Mouse" (Jordan), Jamie (Shaun), Savannah "Sam" (Mickey), Ashley (Roger), Nick, Megan, Brittney and Hunter. Great-grandpa "Papa" of Logan, Addison, Dylan, Madison and Hunter. Jerry proudly served his country in the US Navy before settling in a career spanning over 30 years with GM. During his career he also enjoyed being a bar owner with Elaine, with many years spent making countless friends and memories at "The Opry". Grandpa was brought out of his "retirement" when Kevin opened Burgeys Pub in 2013. He helped keep all the "girls" in line. He was the guy in charge on Monday and Wednesday nights. Aside from his family, seeing all his "customers" (who became like family) made his day. He took pride in knowing all the latest events and keeping things running smooth. He loved sitting at the bar, enjoying a Budlite Lime and of course, playing his machines. Memorial visitation at the funeral home on Saturday, January 28, 2017, from 11AM-1PM.
