Adopted daughter of Elsie (nee Block) and Chester C. Baumann. Loving wife of the late Wallace A. Richter. Survived by son Steven P. Richter (Cheryl Denninger), daughters Diane P. Richter (William Fitzgerald) and Sandra D. (Rick) Winter (nee Richter). Dear grandmother of Kelsey Richter, Kristina (Nick D. Sr.) Willis (nee Klawien), Rory (Bree, nee Geoffrion) Klawien, and Amanda and Nathan Winter. Cherished great-grandmother of Nick D. Jr., Briyauna and Gabriel Willis.
