Obituary

Passed away peacefully on August 11, 2010, age 80 years. Beloved husband of Arlene (nee Sager) for 58 years. Loving father of Michael (Sharon), Thomas (Joanne) Webber and Mary (Leo) Bose. Proud grandpa of Andrew (Nicole), Anthony (Kristin), Ame (Mark), Steve (Katie), Mandy, Katie (Dan), Marie and Michael. Dearest great-grandpa of Noah, Davin, Jayden, Ronald and "great-grand dog" Winnie. Preceded in death by parents John and Mildred Webber. Brother of the late Robert. Brother-in-law of Kenneth (The late Katherine) Sager, Marion (Erv) Huber, George Sager, the late Donald Sager and the late Lorraine (the late Don) Nacker. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home Monday, August 16, 2010, 4-7 PM. Visitation also Tuesday, August 17, 10:30-11 AM at IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CHURCH, S. Kinnickinnic and E. Russell Ave., Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. Gene was a 60 plus year member of Tile Layers Union Local No. 5. A huge thank you to the staff at Vitas Hospice. If desired, memorials to Immaculate Conception Church are appreciated.
