(nee Stigen) Passed away peacefully at home with both her children at her side, Friday, July 8th , 2016 in Cudahy, Wisconsin, formerly of Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Gail was born the first child of Dorothy (nee Fleck) Stigen and Argil W. Stigen of Neillsville, WI. She was preceded in death by her sisters Ellen M. Stigen and Catherine A. Bielmeier. She is survived, forever loved, and greatly missed by her parents, Al and Dorothy Stigen; her children Regina Marie (Jason) Maline and Timothy Eugene (Chelsey Pfiffner) Paschall; her grandsons, Knox Lincoln Corbin and Houston Sturtevant Paschall; as well as many nieces, nephews, and loving friends. Gail felt her proudest accomplishments were having successfully raised her children as a single mother while matriculating and graduating from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point with a degree in English, Theater Arts and Communication where she graduated with a high GPA. She taught high school for one year before becoming an instructor of Communication Skills at Milwaukee Area Technical College. Throughout her life, Gail was known as a kind and caring person. She was a loving and compassionate woman whose laugh brightened many faces. She was a devoted, doting mother and adoring "Grammy," full of patience and love for her two grandchildren with whom she spent many hours partaking in their care and happiness. During her retirement years she found joy in volunteer activities with AARP and Clement Avenue School as well as other volunteer duties. Gail's infectious laugh, kind heart, and compassion for her personal causes will never be forgotten. She will live on in our hearts forever. Her energy will always be with us, because she was simply awesome. Memorial Visitation at the Funeral Home Saturday, July 16, 2016 from 1:00-3:00 PM. Eulogy services at 3:00 PM.
