Went to join his loving wife of 59 years, the late Jacqueline (nee Hermans) Passow. Loving dad of Paul (Becky) Passow, Nicole (Dale) Miller and Alexandrea (Dave) Kofler. Cherished and proud grandfather of Aaron and Sarah Passow, Joseph Miller, Ashlynn Passow and Emily (Anthony Jr.) Hostetler. Proud great-grandfather of Freya. Further survived by nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Fred was a retiree of Milwaukee Valve Company. His faith was unwavering and was evident with being a lifetime member of Christ Church U.C.C. The family wishes to thank the dedicated and caring staff of Cudahy Place.

Memorial Visitation on Saturday, August 22, 2026, 10:00am-12Noon at Christ Church U.C.C., 915 E. Oklahoma Ave. Memorial Service at 11am. Private inurnment Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Christ Church U.C.C. are appreciated.
