With heavy hearts, the family of Frank Nowicki announce his sudden death on September 28, 2021, at the age of 63.
Frank is survived by his wife Kathy Lukasik Nowicki who he was devoted to for 39 years. He is also survived by his mother Connie who he loved with all his heart. He fostered a strong relationship with his sons Joe (Rachel Stawicki), Matthew, and Alex. He was adored by his grandchildren Minka and Julius. Frank is further survived by his sisters-in-law Sylvia Hedin and Mary Kantowski and brother-in-law Duane Kantowski, nieces, nephews, and countless friends. Special thanks to Joann Wasniewski for a lifetime friendship.
Frank was a talented softball player and competed on multiple Milwaukee area teams. This most likely was the reason for his enthusiasm for the Brewers, Packers, Badgers, and Bucks. His early interest in fast cars led to his ownership of Corvettes. He was passionate about "Vet" rallies and car shows. He was a collector of sports paraphernalia, bobble heads, and hot wheels. His canine friends are too numerous to mention.
Frank was a retiree of Pittsburgh Paint. Along with his strong work ethic, he will be remembered for his hearty laugh.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Frank on Friday October 8 at St. Augustine the Hippo Catholic Church, 2530 South Howell Avenue, Milwaukee beginning at 8:30 am and concluding with a funeral Mass celebrated at 10:30 am. Private burial at a later date.
No flowers please. Per Covid, masks required at the service.
Rest easy, Frank. We will miss you and always love you.
