Loving father of Michael (Gloria) and Peter Lecher, Mary (Greg) Rouleau, Christine (Larry) Sprunk and the late Catherine Lecher. Cherished grandfather of Nikki (Jaron) Mosier and Michael Lecher, Amy (Bob) Shea, Andrew (Katie) and Matthew Rouleau, Rebecca (Brian) Creeden and Megan (Chris) Laura. Frank was a World War II veteran and a 456 day German Army P.O.W., proudly served his country in the 36th Division of the U.S. Army. Frank was a retiree of Wrought Washer where he worked as a millwright for over 40 years.
