Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at the age of 85. Loving husband of Barb (nee Scale) for 25 and a half years. Beloved dad of Cathy Royalty, Laura (Daniel) Strackbein, Joseph (Holly) Bilicki, Gerry Bilicki, Roger (Anne) Bilicki, Sarah (Matthew) Stettler and Emily (Justin) Laak-Loeding. Cherished grandpa of numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear brother of David (Karen) Bilicki and Margaret (the late James) Weske. Preceded in death by his parents Francis and Martha Bilicki. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Frank was a proud member of the United States Marine Corps. He also was a Draftsman and Inventor. Frank was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish. Above all else, Frank was proud to serve his country as a Marine and loved spending time with his family. Frank is now fishing again with his best buddy Al Gunther! Memorial Visitation SUNDAY, March 6, 2022 from 1:00pm-3:00pm at the Wilson Park Senior Center, 2601 West Howard Avenue, Milwaukee. Memorial Service at 3:00pm. Military Honors to Follow. Private inurnment Southern Wisconsin Veteran's Memorial Cemetery. The family would like to extend their utmost gratitude and appreciation to AccentCare Hospice, Senior Helpers and especially Clement Zablocki VA Medical Center for all their care and compassion they showed Frank in his time of need.
