(nee Lusardi) Passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on Wednesday, April 16 , 2025 at the age of 75. Beloved wife of 21 years to the late Dennis Kaczmarek. Loving mom of Tammy (Michael) Haase and Chad (Lisa) Kaczmarek. Proud grandma of Preston, Sloane and Brooke. Sister of Thom (Mary) Lusardi. Caring wife of the late Jerry Knepper. Further survived by Dennis Knepper, Patti (Jeff) Piotrowski, David Knepper, Amie Piotrowski, Angela (Justin) Kelnhofer and the late Cassie Piotrowski and other relatives and friends.

Fran was a joyful person that always had a great attitude and loved to laugh and make others laugh. She was an avid reader who made many trips to Half Price Books and always came home with arm loads of books to read. Fran would find a new friend anywhere. She could start a conversation with anyone at any time. Fran always liked things to look nice. Whether it was her personal appearance or her love of decorating her home she was always well put together.

Visitation MONDAY, April 21, 2025 at the Funeral Home from 11 AM to 1 PM. Funeral Service at 1 PM. Committal Service at Wood National Cemetery to follow.
