Loving grandmother of Michael (Nicole) Raasch, Ashley Smith and Zak Raasch. Nana of Callie Marie Raasch. Dear sister of Michael (Jan) Shokatz and the late Marge (Don) Wattawa. Lifelong friend of Judy Nelson. Also survived by other family and friends. Francine, after her retirement, was proud to begin her second career as a proud grandma and great-grandma. She was an avid and enthusiastic fisherman.
