Frances Pennington-Budish: Found peace on Saturday, February 20, 2021. Age 99 years. Loving wife of the late Paul Budish and her first husband the late Kenneth Pennington Sr. Beloved mother of MaryAnne Halverson, Joseph (Betty Jo) Pennington and the late Kenneth (Kathy) Pennington Jr. Cherished grandma of Rob (Lisa) Fredrichsdorf, Mary Frances (Steve) Reisinger, the late Erik Halverson, Suzanne (Jeff Sweat) Pennington, Victoria (Joe) Seiler, Niki Pennington-OBlak, Lanai Pennington, and Sharon Kroll. Further survived by great-grandchildren, other family and relatives. Frances was very creative and talented. She loved to paint and was an accomplished sewer, quilter, baker and had a love for animals. She also had a passion for gardening and enjoyed reading mystery stories and doing crossword puzzles. She will be dearly missed! Private family services will be held.
