Loving mother of Mary Ellen (Norman) Bircher, David (Linda) Palkowski and the late Joan (Frank) Schuster. Frances was a former principal of the Immaculate Conception CCD program, Past-President of the Milwaukee Archdiocese Home & School Association and an active member of the St. Mary's Academy Mother's Guild.
