(nee Walkowiak) Born to Eternal Life on Monday, April 19, 2021, age 92 years. Beloved wife for 63 years of the late Bernard "Bud" Budny. Loving mother of Judith (Michael Chybowski) Budny, Mary Lou (Dr. Scott) Cameron, Dr. Christopher (Cheryl Gregory) Budny and Wendy Lee Budny. Proud grandmother of Evan, Elizabeth (Travis), Erica (Kay), Jessica (Peter), Hunter, Ryan (fiancee Hannah), Alison and Patrick (Kaitlyn). Great-grandmother of Sebastian, Elliot, Ezra, Evelyn and Amelia. Fond sister of Joan (the late Louis) Mezydlo. Former mother-in-law of Kathleen Glassel. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Frances shared her beautiful voice with St. Veronica Parish as a longtime member of The Adult Choir and Resurrection Choir. In her youth, acting and horse-back riding were favorite activities. Frances had a keen intellect and was a voracious reader. She was an excellent cook and was a beautiful lady. She never left the house without her lipstick on. She especially enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her family has fond memories of summer evenings at the cabin, Fran at the head of the pontoon boat, Manhattan in hand, smiling while enjoying the ride. Her greatest achievement was her unfailing love and care for her family, especially for her husband, Bud.
