(nee Grabowski) God called her home on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at the age of 92 years. Beloved and devoted wife of the late Robert for 68 years. Dear mother of Jeffrey, Deborah Davis-Povlich and Roberta (Dennis) Herzog. Further survived by 13 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, Carol Brutvan, and other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Memorial Visitation on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 from 10AM-11AM at St. James Catholic Church, 7219 S. 27th St., Franklin. Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM. Private inurnment at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Memorials, if so desired, may be made to South Milwaukee Human Concerns. Florence's whole life centered on her family. She loved to knit, cook, was a consummate baker, and there was always music in the house. Her knitted specialties included argyle socks for Bud and personalized sweaters for grandchildren. She was a thrift store maven, finding treasures for her home and family -- she knew a good deal when she saw one!
