November 20, 1922 - November 21, 2019 West Allis - (Nee Kozak) Passed away peacefully on November 21, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Raymond F Marshall. Loving mother of Scott A Marshall. Cherished grandmother of Aaron Marshall (Amy). Great-grandmother of Skylar S Marshall. Sister of Clara (Harry) Sandstorm, Dorothy (Walter) Jankowski, Dolores (Michael) Huntowski, Maximilian Kozak (Lucille), and Robert Kozak. Further survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Evelyn was a lifetime advocate and delegate for the Democratic National Convention and worked as a volunteer at the West Allis Senior center for many years.
