Died peacefully with his family at his side on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2003 age 68 years. Beloved husband for 48 years of Beverly (nee Brower). Devoted father of Jeffrey (Lisa), John and the late James. Loving grandfather of Alexandra and Elizabeth. Brother-in-law of Shirley Gorski. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Norwich St. for Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Gene was a retiree of Rexnord after 47 years service and member of the Quarter Century Club and the Grant Park Senior Golf League.
