Eugene Carl Fowler of Milwaukee found peace on Monday, March 30, 2020, at the age of 84. Beloved husband and best friend, of Diane (nee Tate), married 56 years. Father of Bethany (David) Julson and Bret Fowler. Grandfather of Christopher and Phillip (Samantha) Julson and great-grandfather of Alastair Julson. Brother of Sr. Verna Fowler. Eugene is further survived and loved by other relatives and friends. Special thanks and gratitude to the entire staff at St. Luke's Hospital and the Aurora At Home Zilber Family Hospice. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Wehr Nature Center in Franklin, WI or the Wisconsin Humane Society, are sincerely appreciated. Services for Eugene will be private.
