(nee Stramowski) Found Eternal Life on Sunday August 15, 2021 at age 88. Preceded in death by husband, Ron; daughter, Anne; granddaughter, Becki; and her parents Ed and Sadie Stramowski. Survived by her children, Karen (Mike) Smoody, Rick (Sandy), Andy (Beth), Phil, and Pete (Toni); grandchildren, Tony, Brenda, Angela (Jeff), Tanya (Jason), Amanda (Tom), Elise (Kyle), Melissa (Willy), Sara (Dan), Cody, Shannon (Cody), and Madison; 11 great-grandchildren (soon to be 12); her siblings Alice and Ralph (Carol); sister-in-law Delphine; and many other nieces and nephews. She will be missed by many family and friends. Esther was a long time IRS employee and active parishioner at St. Stephen's Church for many years. She loved knitting; one of her favorite projects being prayer shawls for St. Roman's Church. Esther enjoyed socializing, playing cards, and baking cakes for her friends at Wilson Commons, along with her periodic bingo and gambling excursions. The family would like to thank AngelsGrace Hospice for the wonderful care they took of Esther. Private services will be held for the family.
