Ervin J. "Erv" Schloemer

Born to Eternal life on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, age 81 years. Cherished husband of Carol (nee Pekrun) for 59 years. Loving father of Scott and Brian (Maria) Schloemer. Proud grandpa of John, Benjamin, Alana, Lily and Jesse. Dear brother of Diane Mellon. Preceded in death by his siblings Ruth (Scott) Olson, Joanne (Bob) Wamser and Marion Kuhn. Brother-in-law of Lois (Carl) Knight and Kathy (Bob Cooper) Arrotta. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Erv was an Project architect for many years in the Milwaukee area and worked on many of the areas most notable buildings, such as the Calatrava.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, 10:30 AM at the Basilica of St. Josaphat, 2333 S. 6th Street. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Basilica of St. Josaphat are appreciated.
