Obituary

Age 89 years. Was born and raised in the Chicago area and moved to Milwaukee in 1950. Preceded in death by his wife of 62 years Maxine. Survived by his daughter Peggy Davis and son Wayne (Helen) Oberlander. Grandfather of Tracy, Van, Dyan "Dee", Faith (Jeff) and Joseph. Great-grandfather of Jennifer and Rodney. Great-great-grandfather of Angelina. Further survived by his brother Walter. Ervin played professional baseball in the Northern League before WWII and was part of America's greatest generation. He was a very important part of his family's life, always willing to give more of himself, and never asking for anything in return. Dad, grandpa or PaDa could always be counted on. He will be greatly missed but not forgotten. There is comfort for the family knowing he is with his beloved wife Maxine. We wish to thank the staff of South Pointe Health Care Center for the care he received over the past 2 years, and to the caring staff of Seasons Hospice who helped make his last days more comfortable. Memorial visitation at the Funeral Home, Tuesday, August 21, 2007 from 5-7 PM. There will be a memorial service to follow at 7 PM. PRASSER-KLECZKA SOUTH SUBURBAN CHAPEL 6080 S. 27th St. 414-282-6080
