Mallas-Blackney, Emily (nee Simko). Died peacefully on Sunday, August 9, 2015. Age 88 years. Preceded in death by her husbands James Mallas and Robert Blackney. Loving mother of Jeanne (Michael) Fitzgerald of Metairie LA, Mark (Lyzette), Ross (Christine Doty), and Jay (Jennifer) Mallas. Step-mother of Ron (Sue) Blackney, of Batavia IL, Barb Polack, and Brian (Debbie) Blackney. Sister of John (Geri) Simko and the late Elsie Medlin and Irene Diekmeier. Further survived by 16 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home on WEDNESDAY, August 12, 2015 from 3-7PM. Funeral Service on Thursday, at 10AM at ST. JOHN'S EV. CHURCH, 4850 So. Lake Dr., Cudahy. (Please meet directly at church at 9:45) Interment to follow Woodlawn Cemetery.
