Born to eternal life on Friday, January 20, 2023, age 92 years. Beloved husband of the late Gerri Schroeder. Loving father of Lori (Tim) May, John Schroeder and Julie Mather. Further survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Skip along with his wife, Gerri, and family owned and operated Walker's Maple Grove for over 50 years and was a very proud United States Navy veteran. A heartfelt thank you to the staff of Elizabeth Residence in Franklin for the years of caring and friendship to our dear Skip. In keeping with Skip's wishes, services were held private for the family. If desired, memorials to K9's for Warriors are appreciated.
