Cherished grandpa of Andy (Salina), David (Jackie), the late Megan, Rob (Gabby), Kristin, Kari (fiance'-Noah) Steinbrenner and Josh (Katie) Oleson. Dear "Great-Grandpa Donuts" of Jackson, Cooper, Emilia, Taylor, Cody, Lucas and Leon. Dear brother-in-law of Harold and James (Kitty) Fabian. Kinnickinnic Ave. Funeral Services at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. Elmer was a lifetime member of St. Lucas Ev. Lutheran Church, a retiree of St. Mary's Hospital.
