Ellen R. Van Roosenbeek (nee Flagge). Born to Eternal Life on Sunday, July 9, 2023, age 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Donald Van Roosenbeek. Loving mom of Laura (Steve) O'Brien and Amy (Matt) Takerian. Proud "Nana" of Ryan and Kyle. Preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Lucille Flagge, her sister Carol Whalen and her brother-in-law the late Robert (Gloria) Whalen. Dear sister-in-law of LeRoy (Claudia), Nancy (the late William), the late Patricia (the late Richard), the late Gerald (the late Bonnie), Mary (Sandy), Linda (Jeff) and the late Bernard (the late Janice). Also survived by many nieces, nephews other family and friends.

Ellen had a strong faith and devotion to the Catholic church. She also loved spending time with her family, most importantly her grandsons and her grand puppy, Cory. Ellen enjoyed watching sports especially the Brewers. She will be dearly missed!

Visitation on TUESDAY, July 18, 2023 from 10:00 A.M.-11:45 A.M. at ST. MARY'S CATHOLIC FAITH COMMUNITY, 9520 W. Forest Home Ave., Hales Corners, Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 P.M. Private inurnment at St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the charity of your choice in memory of Ellen.
