Loving mother of Dr. Richard (Anne) Knoff, Jerry (Rebecca) Knoff, Pat Knoff-Vincent (Jeff Vincent), Christine (Tom) Fogarty, Dori Lynn Knoff, Jeff (Shari) Knoff. Mother-in-law of Paul Roselle. Cherished grandmother of Denise (Ryun) Van Cuyk, Douglas (Katie) Knoff, Heather (Jesse) Kapp, Nicole Vincent, Natalie Vincent, Emily Fogarty, Anna and Lucas Roselle, Sami (Justin) Lee and Tony Knoff. Proud great Grandma "GiGi" of Everett, Michael, and Sylas VanCuyk, Caleb Knoff; Chloe and Aubrey Lee. Dear sister of the late Robert (Ann) Huhn. Also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. Betty loved travel and line dancing. She was a welcome ambassador and caregiver to friends in hospice and lived her faith as a Eucharistic minister and participated in Stephen Ministries. And one of her accomplishments towards the end of her life was becoming a top notch Wii (professional ball) bowler. The family wishes to thank the caring staff at Vitas Hospice Care, Dr.Naik, Jodi Smith, the staff at St. Francis Hospital, Fr. Karl, and Deacon Tom for the loving care given and compassion shown to Betty. Visitation on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, 10:00-11:30 AM at ST. PAUL CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1720 E.
