Cherished mother of Angel (Tammy) Cartagena, Ricardo (Magaly Rivera) Cartagena and Elizabeth (Frank) Mann (nee Cartagena). Beloved grandmother of Reynaldo (Joanna), Joseangel, Matthew, Joshua, Abigail, Joshua Ordonez, Devenie, Shania, Kevin, Dylan and the late Valerie Nicole Cartagena Rivera. Great-grandmother of Penelope. Survived by her siblings Teresa and Eustacio. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation Thursday, May 7, 2026 at THE FUNERAL HOME from 4PM to 8PM. Additional Visitation Friday, May 8, 2026 at ST. PATRICK CONGREGATION, 723 W Washington St., from 9:30AM to 10:15AM. Mass of Christian Burial to follow, at 10:30AM Interment to follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
