Elaine Ruby (Kelsey) Goff age 84, died peacefully Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at her home in Franklin, WI. She was born December 15, 1939, to Ira and Reaka (Freeze) Kelsey in Sparta, WI.

Preceded in death by her parents, three brothers Francis, LeRoy and Willard and five sisters Marie, Betty, Ruth, Bernice and Irene.

Elaine is survived by her sister Margaret, two children Sheryl (John) and Dale, her two grandchildren Kristyn (Will) and Katy (Sam) and her two great-grand dogs Winnie and Slate.

Elaine enjoyed reading, playing games, and attending social outings with her friends and family. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and friend. Her kind heart will be missed and fondly remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

A visitation for Elaine will take place on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at 10am, with a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11am at St. Roman Parish (1710 W Bolivar Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53221).
