Cherished brother-in-law of Betty (Bob Petsel) Spangenberg, the late Francis (the late Patricia) Fuss, the late Rudy (the late Trudy) Fuss, Ann (John) Klein, Rose (the late Harvey) Gretenhart. Beloved uncle of William (Mary) Marten, Patricia Kemp, Rick Spangenberg and Teri (Kevin) Giebel. Further survived by many cousins and friends. Private interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Edwin was the owner and operator of Spangenberg Office Supply. He was a proud veteran of the United States Navy and Marines. He enjoyed being a member of the AMVETS, a volunteer for the Department of Veterans Affairs, and a member of the Sertoma International. He loved to also play golf and cards.
