Born to eternal life on Thursday, December 23, 2004, age 84 years. Beloved husband of Minnie "Mickey" (nee Reed) for 57 years. Cherished father of Christine, Steven (Jeanine), Elizabeth (Michael) and Matthew (Jennifer) Falkowski. Dear Grandpa of Shannon, Paul, Melissa, Matthew, Zoe and Ella. Great-Grandpa of Jaydon, Domonic, Makayla and Ivry. Also survived by his sister Helen Ottman of Flint, MI; niece, Debby Nagel; nephews, Doug (Merle) and Mark Hildebrant and their children. Preceded in death by his parents Felix and Anna Falkowski; siblings, Joseph, Isabel and Lottie and in-laws, Dean and Clairebel Reed. Further survived by close relatives and many dear friends. Interment and military honors at Woodlawn Cemetery. Edward proudly enlisted in the U.S. Army/SSgt serving during World War II. He took pride in the opportunity to participate in the successful Apollo Missions overseeing quality control for guidance systems. Edward's joy was working since he was 9 years old until his retirement in 1982 from Delco Electronics and consulted until 1992.
