Eaysa Rae Lazo-Slack

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the Passing of Eaysa Rae, which occurred on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 6pm. Her passing was gentle and she was surrounded by loving family and wonderful staff at Childrens Hospital of Wisconsin.

Eaysa is survived by parents Mark Lazo and Abby Slack, brother Bently Butske, grandparents; Robert and Jodie Lazo, Fred and Jodie Borak, Julie Goff. Great grandparents Dimitri and Dianne Lazo, Elaine Jackson, and Robert Slack. She is further survived by many aunts, uncles, and close family friends.

Visitation Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 2-7 PM at Prasser-Kleczka Funeral Home, 6080 South 27th St. Milwaukee, WI. Funeral Mass on Thursday, Novemeber 17, 2022 at 11 AM at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Orthodox Church, 2505 S. 30th St. Milwaukee. (Please meet directly at the church). Interment to follow at Good Hope Cemetery.
