Obituary

Born to eternal life on Sunday, September 1, 2013, age 84 years. Beloved husband for 55 years to Aleatha (nee Boesl). Cherished father of Dean (Lynn), Todd (Diane), Carrie (Jeff Spors) and Julie Zettel. Proud grandfather of Adam (Karen), Erin, Nolan and Katie Zettel; Jessica (Eric) Skille; Alexander and Lauren Spors. Dear great-grandfather of Jozey, Adam Jr. "A.J.", Dylan, Katrina, Naomi, Joseph, Bianca and Bradley. Brother of Verna (the late Lloyd) Gapp and Raymond (the late Donna) Zettel. Also survived by other family and friends. Earl was a U.S. Army veteran serving during the Korean War and was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. The family wishes to express gratitude to the staff at Zilber Family Hospice for their generous hearts and the comfort given to Earl and his family. Visitation at the Funeral Home on Sunday, September 8, 2013, 2:00-5:00 PM, prayer service at 5:00 PM. Visitation also on Monday, September 9, 9:00-10:00 AM at ST. CHARLES BORROMEO CHURCH, 3100 W. Parnell Ave., Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Interment and military honors to follow at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
