Passed away on Friday, February 4, 2022. Robert is survived by numerous family and many friends. Visitation will be held on FRIDAY, February 11, 2022 from 9:30 AM-11:00AM at ST. ALPHONSUS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 6060 W. Loomis Rd. Greendale. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Interment services will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Southern Wisconsin Veteran's Memorial Cemetery. Please meet directly at the cemetery at 1:45 PM. Dr. Bob joined the Air Force and served proudly until his discharge. He was a proud member of the American Legion Post #180. Dr. Bob attended Thomas More, minor and major Seminaries. He taught for three years at various schools in San Antonio, TX. He then moved to Milwaukee, WI and earned his Doctorate in Education from Marquette University while teaching in the Milwaukee Public Schools. He was at one point the principal of Our Lady Queen of Peace. Dr. Bob was also a member of the Humboldt Park 4th of July Association for 33 years, and an Inspector and Chief Inspector for elections for the City of Milwaukee for over 40 years. Bob loved playing chess and was a city champion when he was a teenager. He also was a devoted catholic and member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church for many years.
