Peacefully passed on to her Heavenly Home while in the loving arms of her daughter on Monday, January 4, 2021 at age 81. Loving mother of the late Randy Pohlers, David Pohlers, Marten Iron Rope, and Sarah (Keith) Scott. Proud grandma of Samantha, Jordyn, Alyssa, Jasmine, Lakota, Litsa, Katie Ann, Kevin, Stephen, Unique, Rachael, Kelly, and Connor. Great-grandma of Jayden, Carter, Lilly, Riley, Alexandria, Emma, Nathan, Lucas, Charli, and Marcus. Preceded in death by her parents Edmund and Evelyn Brown. Also loved by a multitude of cousins she grew up with in Wausau; "nieces", other family members and friends.
Dorothy loved everyone, always, unconditionally. She was good lady, with a good heart, who selflessly put others before herself. Even though distance separated Dorothy from some of her grandchildren, she loved them all with all her heart. They were her pride and joy.
Dorothy's family would like to thank the staff at Serenity Villa Assisted Living in Slinger for their kind and compassionate care; and Horizon Hospice for the phenomenal comfort they brought to both Dorothy and her family.
Visitation at the Funeral Home, Monday, January 11, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Funeral Service 12:00 PM. Dorothy's family understands if you are unable to attend her funeral services in person. They would like to thank all of you for your support at this time.
