Obituary

Born on February 26, 1929 and went home on September 27, 2009. Wife of the late Ervin G. Boen. She is survived by her children: Randy (the late Sharon) Boen; Laura Dessereau; Mary Ellen (Donald) Block; and Suzette Boen. Cherished grandmother of Dawn Dessereau, (Timothy Pearson); Brian (Karyn Arnold) Dessereau; Lynn (Michael) Machin; Eric Block (fiance-Jessi); Jason and Nicholas Manyen; and Sally Ann Klein. Loving sister of Phyllis (the late Ludwig) Mosconi; Sandy (Peter) Craven; John Shelley; and the late Melvin (Charlene) Shelley: and Dennis (the late Nancy) Shelley. Further survived by a host of loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. She will also be missed by all of her "gr-animals": Scooby, Wyatt, Gizmo, Seamus, Celeste, Ivory and the late Sammy-Mindy-Max-Mopsy. A special "thanks" to the staff at Elm Court-Mt. Carmel H.C.C. and to the staff at St. Luke's Medical Center 8th floor CICU for all their love and support. There will be a Celebration of Life for Mom at PRICE OF PEACE LUTHERAN CHURCH, 4419 So.
