(nee Jacobsen) Of Oak Creek, Formerly of Chicago, IL age 54 years passed away suddenly from a brain aneurysm on Monday, June 6, 2016. Donna was born September 25, 1961 in Chicago, IL. Donna was a woman of her own, strong but so kind hearted. She always had a hug for everyone and was someone so full of energy. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandson, crafting, baking, traveling, golfing and reading. Donna was extremely proud of being a United States Marine and stated the reason she choose the Marines was because "They only take the best". She had a wonderful personality and was always smiling. She is survived by her loving husband Mike who she met in the Marines, her son Michael (Katie); grandson Michael IV, siblings Bill (Susan) Jacobsen, Joan Jacobsen (Julie Woodward), Jack (Patsy) Jacobsen, Jim (Jan) Jacobsen, Carol (Ray) Fiore, Joe (Cathy) Jacobsen, and Nancy (Jerry) Shallow. Preceded in death by her son Jacob Westog and parents Donald and Catherine Jacobsen. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other family and many dear friends.
