Donna Jean (Koprowski) Gales, 82, of Milwaukee, WI, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on Thursday, May 29th, 2025. Donna was born on August 3, 1942, to William R and Dorthea L (Lachmund) Koprowski in Milwaukee, WI. In 1967, Donna met her husband, Richard Gales. They fell in love and were married two years later in Milwaukee. Donna and Richard went on to have two boys, Peter and Joel.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard, her father and mother, her brother Ken (Koprowski), brother in-law Don (Fanning) and her in-laws, Thomas and Marjorie Gales.

Donna is survived by her sister Carol Fanning and family, her sister Sandy (Roger) Erdman and family, and in-law Cindy Koprowski and family, her son Peter (Amy) with their sons Devon (Tracey) and Dylan (Makenzie), and her son Joel with his son Zachary.

Donna's family will be hosting a Memorial Visitation Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 9-11 AM at The Church of the Immaculate Conception, 1015 East Russell Avenue Milwaukee. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM.
