Peacefully passed away surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, November 14, 2015 in Milwaukee, WI. Age 60 years. Donald was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI and moved to Louisiana at the age of 26. He returned home to Milwaukee where he currently resided. He is the cherished father of Donald Niemi, the late Aaron Salinas, Annette, Adam "Jimmy" and Anthony Salinas. Devoted poppie of Autum, Roland, Andrew, Donny, Amber, Xzander, Amber, Katie, Logan and Dylan. Loving brother of Paul "J.R." (Lois), Georgia (Joe Raymond), Ramon, Victoria, Daniel, Theresa, Ramona, Michele Quiles, Laura (Jason) Gavin. Former husband and beloved friend of Vanita Salinas-Hudspeth. Most cherished friend Jason Duran, father figure Shelby Miller, and step-brother Ricky Domenech. Preceded in death by his dearest and loving companion Ginny, his parents Paul Sr. and Virginia A. Salinas, and his siblings Pamela and Robert Salinas. Further survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home THURSDAY, November 19, 2015 from 3:00-7:00 PM. Funeral Services at 7:00 PM. Reverend Thomas Lemieux will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated. Donald constantly talked about and showed pictures to friends of all his children and grandchildren who he adored so much. He enjoyed listening to Elvis, his many trips to Louisiana and he was also the luckiest man always winning money, tickets off the radio or sports pools. He loved all of his family! "He was so loved!"
