Went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 5, 2010, age 84 years. Beloved husband of the late Florence (nee Duszynski). Loving dad of Donald Ratzlaff Jr., Darlene (Jeff) Crandall, David (Bonnie) Ratzlaff, Denise Ratzlaff and Dawn (Jeff MSgt USAF) Linski. Adoring grandfather of Ryan (Nikki) Ratzlaff, Alexandra (fianc-John Spalvins) Ratzlaff, Adam Crandall, Brandon Crandall, Juston (Jeannie McCarthy) Linski and Kathryn Ratzlaff. Very proud great-grandpa of Brody and Kellyn. Special great-grandpa of Sierra and Trinity. Dear brother-in-law of Barbara Duszynski, Marcy Duszynski, Sue (Bob) Malak and Marilyn Ratzlaff. Also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other family, friends, and his furry friend, Muffy. Butch was a retiree of GE Medical Systems after 38 years of service, a veteran of the U.S. Army serving as a medic during World War II and a lifetime member of Amvets Post No. 60. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Also Butch enjoyed playing bingo and woodworking. A sincere thank you to Butch's doctors and nurses at St. Luke's Medical Center, 10th floor and Neuro ICU for their awesome care and support, you are truly angels.
