Went home to be with Jesus, Thursday, May 18, 2023. Loving son of Carlos and the late Tracy Pena Powell (Michael Shelp). Beloved brother of Dylan Powell, the late Damian Pena and Airiana Shelp. Cherished grandson of Hector (Rosa Mauras) Pena, Debbie (John) Zwicky, the late Ronald Powell. Dear nephew of Ricardo J. (Arabella) Pena. Further survived by other family and friends.
