Loving father of Michele Zuber, Lynn (Boyd) Godding, Teresa (Steve) Ladwig, and Cheryl (Augie) Feest. Proud Grandpa of Andrew and Christian Makarewicz; Steven (Melanie), Daniel (Kristen Overson) and Katherine Godding; Nick Zuber; Megan and Nathan Danes. Preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Emily Zuber and step-mother Lydia Zuber. Dear brother of Carol (Thomas) Brunner and Connie (Marshall) Wozniak. Fond brother-in-law of Pat (Norm) Rypel. Dear step-brother of Tom, Bill, Dennis, Susan, Linda and Mark. Also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Dennis was a retiree of the City of Milwaukee-Department of City Development. He was an avid train and trolley collector, woodworker, and fisherman. He was also an accomplished artist and enjoyed family vacations in the Wisconsin Northwoods.
