Born to eternal life on Saturday, April 23, 2022, age 56 years. Beloved husband for 26 years to Deb (nee Kraeft). Loving father of Alixandria and T.J. Koenig. Dearest brother of Nancy (Scott) Guttuso. Preceded in death by his parents, Don and MaryAnn Koenig. Fond son-in-law of Tom and Linda Kraeft. Further survived by cousins, nieces, a nephew, other family and friends. Dean was a proud alumnus of Cudahy High School and UW-Madison and worked in the insurance industry for over 22 years. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing. Dean was also a big Wisconsin sports fan and loyal Minnesota Vikings fan.
