It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Dean Johnson on Sunday, January 12, 2025, age 55 years. Loving and devoted dad of Tanner Johnson. Beloved brother of Nancy (Mark Pierzchalski) Johnson, Juran (the late Mitchell) Cook and the late Caryn Johnson. Preceded in death by his parents, Carolann and Darryl Johnson and his grandmother, Viola Karow. Further survived by the mother of his son, Barb and her children, Audriana and Alexus. Further survived by other family, close friends and his "best buddy", Niko.

Dean was a longtime employee of Northwestern Mutual. He devoted his free time to coaching football, including the West Allis Badgers and with West Allis Central High School and also spent countless hours coaching Tanner in baseball, basketball and football. Dean was an avid Packers fan, Brewers fan, loved playing cards with family and friends, a movie buff and like a true Wisconsinite, he enjoyed a good fish fry. He truly cared for others around him, his sense of humor was one of his greatest attributes. Dean, your ability to make us laugh will be sorely missed.

Memorial Visitation at Prasser-Kleczka Funeral Home, 6080 S. 27th St., Milwaukee, on Sunday, January 26, 2025, 12 Noon-2:00 PM. Memorial Service at 2:00 PM.
