Passed into the waiting arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, February 24, 2007. Age 67 years. His parents Edwin and Helen Tischer, parents-in-law Carl and Margaret Gergen, infant daughter Robin, Casey, Abbie and Mike welcome him home. Beloved husband of almost 49 years to Susan (nee Gergen). Loving father of Diane (Peter) Cortez, Kerry (Rudy) Robles, Stacey Tischer and Jeffrey (Diane) Tischer. Devoted "Pops" of Steven Robles, Zachary and Joshua Tischer. Brother of Ronald (Judy) Tischer, Rita (Jim) Harris and Jeri (Gene) Stromsoe. Brother-in-law of Marilyn (the late Nicholas) Selaiden. He will be missed by nieces, nephews, other relatives, dear friends and co-workers. Visitation WED, Feb. 28th 1 – 2 PM at FOREST HOME CEMETERY – Landmark Chapel, 2405 West Forest Home Ave. Milwaukee.
