David graduated from Nathan Hale High and Luther College but was a life-long learner, collector, hobbyist, sports enthusiast and traveler. "Pritzie" sailed on his naval tours of duty in the Far East on the USS John McCain. Until he retired in 1994, "P" aka "Mr. P" taught exceptional education students and had through the years coached soccer, football, baseball and chess club at Bay View High School. He was affectionately named "Papa" by his JV and Varsity Girls Soccer Players. He lived his life with love, enthusiasm and we are forever grateful for the brief, yet rich time we shared together.
