Was born to this life on June 7, 1967 and peacefully entered eternal life surrounded by loving family on April 21, 2002 at the age of 34 years. Beloved husband of Tina Lubben (nee Concotelli) Loving father of Gabriella Marie and Alyssa Rhea. Cherished son of H. Paul and Marcie Lubben of Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Preceded in death by his brother, Gregory and sister, Kym. Dear son-in-law of Gene and Kathy Concotelli. Dear brother-in-law of Jennifer (Tom) Conklin and Angela Concotelli. Also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. David was employed for 12 years by Ladish Company as an Advance Senior Electrical Engineer. He was a 1990 graduate of The Milwaukee School of Engineering and was currently working on his Masters Degree. In lieu of flowers memorials to the family may be made.
